- Payments are non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
- No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

- Bedrooms and all other public areas are strictly non-smoking.
- A $250 fee applies for guests who violate this policy to cover the cost of restoring rooms to a smoke-free condition.
