Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Check-in starts from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 Noon.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until full prepayment of the bedrooms is made and received.
  • A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 14 days before arrival.
  • Bookings can be amended up to 10 days before arrival.
  • Payments are non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
  • No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Smoking Policy

  • Our aim is to provide guests and associates with a smoke-free environment.
  • Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
  • Bedrooms and all other public areas are strictly non-smoking.
  • A $250 fee applies for guests who violate this policy to cover the cost of restoring rooms to a smoke-free condition.
