Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Check-in starts from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 Noon.
- Reservations are not confirmed until full prepayment of the bedrooms is made and received.
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 14 days before arrival.
- Bookings can be amended up to 10 days before arrival.
- Payments are non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.
- No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
Smoking Policy

- Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
- Bedrooms and all other public areas are strictly non-smoking.
- A $250 fee applies for guests who violate this policy to cover the cost of restoring rooms to a smoke-free condition.
